Event merchandise has a harder set of constraints than standard merch programs. Deadlines are fixed and immovable. Quantities need to be right — too few and you leave money on the table, too many and you're left with boxes of unsold product. Quality needs to hold up to scrutiny from an audience that's paying close attention.

We've run enough event programs to know where things go wrong, and we've built our process around preventing it. In-house production means we control the timeline. How It Works

From Event Brief to Event Day

  1. Event Brief — We start with the details: event type, date, expected attendance, selling format, and any existing brand assets. The earlier we're involved, the better the outcome.

  2. Merch Strategy — We help you decide what to make, how much to make, and how to sell or distribute it. This is where experience pays off.

  3. Design — Our team develops event-specific artwork and product concepts. We can work from your existing event branding or develop something new.

  4. Production — Everything is produced in-house with your event date driving the schedule. We build in buffer time so you're not sweating the delivery.

  5. Delivery & Setup — Finished merchandise arrives organized, labeled, and ready for your merch table, pop-up, or distribution setup. If you have an online store component, it goes live on your schedule.

Event Merch FAQs

How far in advance do I need to contact you? The earlier the better — but we're built to move fast when we need to. Reach out as soon as you have a date confirmed. Even if your event is closer than you'd like, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.

Can you help us figure out what to make and how much to order? Yes. Merch strategy is part of what we offer. We'll help you think through product selection, quantity forecasting, and selling format based on your event type and audience size.

Do you handle on-site merch sales, or just production? We handle production and fulfillment. On-site sales are run by you and your team, but we make sure everything arrives organized and ready so setup is as simple as possible. If you need a pre-event online store component, we can build and operate that as well.

Can you match our event's existing visual identity? Yes. If you have event branding — a logo, a color palette, a poster, anything — we'll work from it. Our design team extends your event identity onto product in a way that feels intentional and cohesive.

What if we have leftover inventory after the event? If you have remaining inventory, we can store it and fulfill post-event orders through an online store, or advise on other options depending on the product and quantity. We'll help you think through this before production so you're not caught off guard.

Can you produce both staff uniforms and retail merch for the same event? Yes, and we'd recommend planning both together so everything feels cohesive. Staff apparel and retail merchandise that share a visual language make for a much stronger overall event experience.
